I lost my site access because of the expired domain. How can recover it?

The domain ifunkydream.com appears to be registered on DropCatch.com, and not a domain registered on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites and domains, and it appears that you registered your domain with a company we are not connected to.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback.
My problem is that that expired domain is the one I lost (someone) bought it when may rights expired.
At the time, my WordPress site http://www.ifunkydream.com/wp was redirecting to the domain http://www.ifunkydream.com. My goal now is to recover the site I develop on WordPress platform, but the access also was lost because the e-mail lost ((email visible only to moderators and staff)).
Million dollar question: how to recover the site http://www.ifunkydream.com/wp? :)

I show no record that ifunkydream.com was ever hosted directly on WordPress.com. Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead?
We are not the only provider of WordPress sites, so it is possible to have a site with another provider, and we would not be aware of that or have a copy of any of the data.
Instead you would need to contact your previous host directly, and ask if they have any backups or data from your site at ifunkydream.com. When I look at the history of your domain setting it seems that it was hosted at this company previously so you may wish to check with them: http://www.pdregister.com/
