Recover the user and password from an old blog

    Hi, in 12th august 2009, I have transferred a blog that I did for a client. From that day until now my client didn´t make any changes to it. But today she asked me if I remember the user and password assigned to it because she wants to start to update the blog. I said that I didn´t, because I transferred from my user to hers. Can you help me on this? She is not an internet user, so she doesn´t remember anything from password to e-mail or username. Can you transfer it back to my user (ramoser)?     The only person that can transfer a blog is the current owner, and staff will only help with it if the current owner posts here (for which she’ll need to be logged in).

    The only option is for her to fill out the account recovery form, but she’ll need to be able to provide some kind of proof of ownership of the blog. See here for more information: http://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
