Recover Username & Password

Hello,
My name is Guy Eizner and I’m contacting you on behalf of my sister-in-law – Adi Ritigstein-Eizner.
The https://adirelaw.co.il/ website had been created in 2018 via WordPress by her former digital advertising agency (Websem ltd).
Unfortunately, Websem weren’t able to provide us with her username and password to access the website.Due to a ‘Malicious Software’ at her website, Adi’s Google Ads had been taken down last week and we must have access to her site in order to remove it.
As the website had been built by an agency, we won’t be able to forward any of the Proof of Ownership above.
Please let me know if we can provide other proofs that Adi is the owner of her website (storage or host reciepts perhaps?) in order for us to restore her username and password.Regards,

I just checked your website and found that it is hosted on Google. You may want to contact them for support on this as they will be in a better position to assist you. Here is a link that could help – https://cloud.google.com/contact
This forum provides support for websites that are hosted and managed by WordPress.com. Your site was built with WordPress.org open-source software but self-hosted on Google. Thus, my reply above. If you do not have the WordPress credentials, it may help to have the cPanel and/or hosting account credentials when contacting the hosting company for assistance.

As @nuk4040 noted, you’ll need to reach out to the site host, as adirelaw.co.il isn’t hosted with WordPress.com. It looks like that could possibly be https://www.livedns.co.il/
I hope that points you in the right direction.
