  A deleted site can only be restored within 30 days after deletion. After 30 days everything is purged from the system and cannot be restored.
  I tagged this with modlook to get help from Staff.

  @loredanamb it’s been more than 30 days since you deleted that site. You’d be welcome to create a new site though, if you’d like. https://wordpress.com/free
