I had several websites associated with my account. I set up a website for a ‘marketplace’ we had our business in. when we moved out, the owner of the marketplace tried to update the website and has deleted all of our sites.
Is there a way to recover them? Please call me [redacted]

Hi there,
What is the account username where your associated sites are connected? Do you have access to that account? If so, please post in this thread under that account and we’ll be happy to take a look.
Thanks!

I had initially set up my account using the email (email visible only to moderators and staff)
I had three sites associated with it:
Lisareneeonline
Papawoodys
Jones421All three are gone. When I log in, it is with my business email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but nothing is left.
If I go to our website http://www.papawoodyspizza.com it is just a white page.I don’t seem to have access to our previous sites.
Please HELP!!!! This is our business website that I worked hours and hours to build. The owner of the marketplace is saying they didn’t do anything, but I got emails saying they changed the user/password info!

Hi,
It looks like your site papawoodyspizza.com is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case, this appears to be Bluehost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
But in this situation, I think the first place to go would be your host’s support team.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:
