  We processed your refund the next day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.

  Yes, the refund has not yet arrived due to cancellation of the subscription

  I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
