Recovering a closed blog
-
Hi. I’m the owner of the blog https://escuelaviva.wordpress.com/
One of my employees made a mistake and closed the account. I do not recover any of the 3 iD or keys asked for to reopen it. How can I proceed? I can give any information you need proving I’m the director of Escuela Viva Editorial, the company whose blog it is. For example you can contact me through the contact email of the website related to the blog (https://escuela-viva.net) and I’ll answer you (the answer might go into your spam box).
Thank you for your help

https://escuelaviva.wordpress.com/ is still live, as is the account which owns it.
We have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Hi Macmanx, Thanks a great great deal for your quick answer. In fact, I already knew the different options and unfortunatly I was unconscious and careless enough to never register any phone number. And I lost the IDs and keys. Could you use the system I suggested to get a proof that I’m the actual owner of the blog?
I mean:
– go to the website https://escuela-viva.net
– verify that it is leading to the blog through its tab “blog” in the menu
– send me a mail with a secret code or anything secret through the contact form
and I would copy this code and paste it here? -
Please send an email to
passwordhelp (at) wordpress (dot) comexplaining the situation, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do for you. -
