recovering a deleted site
-
i accidentally deleted my blog, but need to have it recovered. How do I do that? It is not showing up in the available sites.
thewppodcast.wordpress.com
I also would be able to start over if the site was fully gone, but it says it is still unavailable.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
Unfortunately, that blog can’t be reused, even though you were the one who originally created and deleted it. It’s the policy of WordPress.com not to allow blog names to be reused: https://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ -
Thanks for the answer. It’s unfortunate that’s the policy. I really liked that name, and made a mistake on it.
Oh well. Thanks again for getting back to me on that.
I wonder if they will ever go and do a master reset for all the names that where deleted in a massive group batch and make them available again?
Would be nice.

That’s not likely to happen any time soon so please so not hold your breath. However, you can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ with a similar URL.
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
