Recovering a Domain in Redemption

    Hi, I’m a complete newbie at all of this. My domain expired Dec 31st while I was away from the developed world doing fieldwork, and is now in redemption. I am trying to make the late payment and registration, but the registrar (whom I’d been told I ought to communicate with) put me back to Automattic, whose online help center sends me right back to the registrar again. Would a staff member here be able to help me? I’m desperate to get my email and everything else back up. The site is
