Recovering A Domain Name

  I am attempting to recover a domain name that a client allowed to expire but with the domain not showing in Account page and the link that exists on the splash page for the domain ( ‘… has expired. If you’re the owner, you can renew it at WordPress.com.’) only redirecting to the clients Purchases page (which is empty of domain links) I assume I need help from support to recover it:

  ‘If your domain does not offer the option to redeem it yourself, it will be removed from your account when it enters the Redemption Period. In that case, please contact support for help redeeming the domain, and we will send you a link to make the required payment so we can recover the domain.’

  Anyone in support able to send me a link to complete the recovery and pay the necessary fees?

  Many thanks for that confirmation.

  I’ve sent a separate email so that the domain registration can be settled. Once that’s complete, we can get the ball rolling in restoring that domain.
