i work for holidayguard.com and i’am trying to access this WP blog https://holidayguard.wordpress.com . i think i may have created it and perhaps deleted it when i created https://multitripinsurance.wordpress.com . i tried accessing it with using all my email addresses to no avail; please advise how i might access is because that blog is rife with broken links. thank you!

Hi there,
That site has not been deleted, but belongs to a different username, holidayguard. To make any changes to that site you’ll need to recover access to that username account. You can find our options for doing that listed here:

hi kokkieh,
thank you!
i did try account recovery but its such an old account i don’t have any of the credentials required. i’ve tried all the holidayguard.com emails with the “lost password” option.
is it possible to send a password reset email to the account’s registered email?
cheers, ben

If you type the username in the lost password form it will send an email to the correct account.
I’ve also sent an email to that account. Please check all your email addresses, and make sure to also check their spam folders, and other folders like the Social and Updates folders in the case of Gmail accounts.

i think that blog may have been started by one of my former colleagues so i didn’t get the email. thank you very much for all your help, much appreciated.
-
In that case you will need to get in contact with that former colleague to gain access to the account. If you do not have access to the email address and cannot provide any of the other verification information we won’t be able to give you access to the account.

Thank you for the sterling support.
My ex-colleague’s company email was deleted years ago. If the email domain is holidayguard.com can i please ask you to resend the password reset email as I have sent up a “catch-all” email for that domain.
-
I cannot confirm the email address used for that account, but I’ve resent the email as you requested.
