Recovering a WordPress site.
-
Hi I have a WordPress site that I want to reactivate and use, which might mean paying for it again. Please can you tell me how I reactivate it? I do not have the password or anything to activate it so I don’t know how to access it. I also want to point this domain to another domaine that I have. The existing domain is wildwoodhealingarts.com. My existing WordPress site that I can not access is this domain. The new domain that I want to use is wildwoodhealing.com. Thank you.

Hi there,
I was able to pull the WordPress.com account that was associated withwildwoodhealingarts.com. It is under theolivialovedayusername. If you no longer have the login credentials for that account, please fill out our account recovery form, and we’ll see how we can assist you in regaining access to your account.
You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
If you are unable to fill out the form, please contact our Account Recovery Team directly at
passwordhelp@wordpress.comPlease visit our support page for more information on recovering your account.
wildwoodhealingarts.comis currently hosted on Go Daddy, so you’ll want to purchase the connection subscription via one of our paid plans to point the domain back to your WordPress.com-hosted site. The Personal Plan is a great option that will allow you to connect your domain back to your site but also provides more media library space, no ads, email support, and more:You’ll also want to register wildwoodhealing.com to make it the site’s primary domain. To purchase your domain, go to your Domains page by selecting My Sites → Upgrades → Domains and clicking the
Add Domainbutton at the top right.

Hope all of this helps. We’re here to answer any questions as you set everything back up. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
