Recovering an account

  I’m the new pastor of Drain Nazarene Church, we have the domain drainnaz.org. The previous pastor has it registered in his name and has paid the fees to keep it active. It doesn’t show up on the internet and we need to update the content. I do have his email however the password needs to be reset so we can change the contact info, etc. What is the best way to proceed?

  Hi there,

  This is definitely an unusual issue and we we’d be happy to look further into this for a fix. In the meantime, can you please post in this thread from the account connected to the domain to confirm ownership?
