recovering an expired domain

Hi, my domain expired but my account is connected to an old email that I don’t use so i missed the notifications as I access the website elsewhere.
and now i can’t retrieve the expired domain and I have no idea where it is.

I cannot renew my domain blonde2brunette.com because i cannot access it in my purchased area, but i was able to find that it is in redemption phase. I would like to renew it. I don’t know where else to request the link for it.

We can still attempt to recover the domain for you, but please note there is an $80 redemption fee in addition to the regular $19 domain renewal cost. If you agree, I can send you a payment request and proceed with contacting our domain registrar once payment has been made.
