  Hi I deleted my blog posts sometime last year. Is there any way that I can recover these?

  If it is more than 30 days since you deleted them, then they are gone permanently.

  When you delete posts or pages, they will be moved to Trash folder where they live up to 30 days before they are permanently gone.
