Recovering canceled account

I canceled my account with username of (email visible only to moderators and staff). Then I purchased Paid Content on forwardfundraisers.com using that email. Now I can’t access the paid content because it says the account is canceled. I’m also the owner of that website and have that under another account but was using this asprar account to test purchasing the paid content. When I try to reactivate the account, it won’t let me.

Hi there –
I’d suggest updating the email address on your account to not be anything associated with a school, or employer. Those email addresses get cancelled from the servers and you’ll lose access eventually if you leave/graduate. That will mess up any online accounts dependent on that address.
Can you take a screen shot of what you’re seeing and add it here in a reply using the image block? That will help us get a better understanding of what’s going on.
Try signing in to WordPress.com with that email address. There’s an account tied to it yet. If that does not work please use this account recovery form.
