Recovering Content for Moved Website

Hi,
I’m the moderator for my organization’s website that we used to host through WordPress. We moved to a different provider about a year ago but we did not export our content properly. Is there any way to recover what used to be here (blogs, pages, etc)?
I tried submitting this through chat/email but it won’t let me because our site technically doesn’t exist on WordPress anymore. Any support appreciated!

Thanks for writing to us. Yes, you can still create a new export file so long as y’all didn’t delete the free site. Do you remember what that free site address was?
