Recovering Deleted Domain

  I am trying to recover a domain address that I purchased as part of a wordpress package that I accidentally deleted less than 24 hours ago. I am willing to re-pay for the package/domain. I am very desperate to get it back. Please help me.

  Hi @cclennan – Please share the domain that was deleted and that you wish to recover.

  Once a .wordpress.com domain is deleted it may not be recovered or used again by you or anyone else. There are warnings in place to advise you of this as you work through the domain deletion process. More information can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  Hello,

  I recently deleted a domain name I thought was just pointing to WordPress.com not actually owned by you. But I guess it was. The site is still viewable from the backend but the domain name is not working anymore. I really need to change the name servers to point to ns6605.hostgator.com
  & ns6606.hostgator.com

  Is this possible? I saw one warning about deleting the site and I paid $18 to have the domain name, so how could it not be in existence anymore?
