Recovering Deleted Domain
-
I seen this topic on here before, now it’s happened to me. I accidentally deleted my main domain. It was once a wordpress.com domain the I upgraded (rc4f.com) before I changed the DNS. Anybody able to request it back? I did this about 3 hrs ago. Didn’t realize it till I start having my Jetpack settings.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

re: renewing upgrades
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

Looks entirely down now. I’m getting “Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. “.
When I log in it goes to my WordPress.com account and I see other blogs, but not rc4f.com or rc4f.wordpress.com. I meant to delete rc4f.wordpress.com, but now rc4f.com.

Hi there,
In order to delete the WordPress.com site you had to cancel the domain. I’ve emailed our registrar to try and revert the cancellation. I’ll let you know once I hear from them.
The domain still needs to be attached to a WordPress.com site on this end to allow you to manage it. As you’ve deleted the original WordPress.com site, can you please create a new one at this link:
https://wordpress.com/start/site/
Select the free plan and only a free domain. You can set this site to private – no one will ever be able to access it – but it needs to be there to give you access to the domain’s settings. Please confirm once you have done that.

Thanks. I’m still waiting to hear on our registrar. I’ll let you know as soon as they reply.

Hi there,
Your domain is back in your account and connected to the site you added. If you need anything else, let us know!
