recovering deleted posts

Hi, you might not be able to help me, but I deleted 3 posts on healthcare from my blog, any chance I can recover them at all PLEASE???

Many thanks, unfortunately they are not in the trash cache, I might have done something in deleting them, but I have tried. I did think recovering them was unlikely as the wervers must have deleted it by now, but worth a try nonetheless, but thanks

If the posts were indexed by Google you will be able to locate cached copies in Google’s cache and copy and paste them into new posts.

timethief, can you please expand, I’m quite dumb when it comes to this sort of stuff what does “indexed by google” mean – sorry for the dumb question

Your blog is indexed by Google (57 results). Click that link and see if you can locate the deleted posts.

If not then try typing this into Google and clicking search

Thanks so much for the kind words. I’m still vain enough to ♥ love ♥ being called a STAR and that means I had an ego slaying job to do before I leave this container (body). lol :D
