  Hi there,

  I see you cancelled that domain yesterday, shortly after buying it. Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. You should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  In this case the domain should be released towards the end of the week. If you plan to use it somewhere else, you’ll be able to then buy it directly at the provider where you intend to use it, so I’d recommend waiting in that case.

  Otherwise, as we’ve already refunded you for your plan that you’d used to register that domain with us, please go to My Site ->Plans and purchase a new plan. Let us know here once you’ve done that, and we can restore the domain to your account.
