Recovering domain in Redemption Period

Hi,
The is issue is I need to get a domain out of its redemption period ASAP. I have been explained how to do so by two members of staff (Friday 12th and Monday 15th January 2018). They have told me I need to wait for an email from one of your Happiness Engineers(?).
I didn’t know that not renewing my domain would then deactivate my emails that are connected to G-suite.
This process has been ridiculously over complicated and I need to get this sorted asap. I have the money ready and waiting. I desperately need one simply email from a member of staff telling me who I need to pay to get this domain active again.
One thing I’m still confused with is… the domain in question from here is isleofnoisesdotcom.wordpress.com. However the email address I need out of redemption is isleofnoises.com. I purchased the domain through wordpress who subsequently acquired it via Wild West Domains.

Once the domain is reactivated to your account you’ll be able to fix up the email situation.
Do you have a link or ticket ID for those previous conversations? I am not finding them linked to your account. WordPress.com official support comes via wordpress.com/help/contact/ You’ve been directed to the forums because of the free user status on the account.
To recover the domain from redemption I’ll need to contact our domain partner. Typically we hear back from them in 2-3 days and then we will send an update your way. At the same time I will email you a manual payment form to submit the redemption payment of $80 + annual domain registration fee. Note that this $80 fee comes from our domain partner and it isn’t one that we can waive.

I can only remember the name of one of your members of staff, Ajay he was the person that I spoke to yesterday. Apologies if this doesn’t help, I wasn’t given any ID.
I would like you to proceed with recovery as soon as possible. This is the exact same thing that one of your colleagues said they were proceeding with on Friday and I am still yet to hear anything via email. I am fine with paying the fee, I just need it done ASAP. I apologise if I am being rude, however this situation has become ridiculously long winded and I really need the emails back up and running ASAP.

I can see that we’ve replied several times. Please let me know if you see my latest email reply. Our previous note states:
This mail is to acknowledge that we have received your payment and is in contact with the registrar to recover your domain. I will be in contact with you once we got a feedback from the registrar.
So, as soon as we hear back from our registrar we will be in touch re: domain.
