Recovering Domain Information – Updating Contact Information

    How a person who register a domain through WordPress.com recover their domain information to transfer the domain, if the user cannot access the email used to register the domain?

    I have written to support@wordpress.com and have not heard from them in 33 days! At the same time I would like to transfer the domain to a buyer. WordPress lack of support for its product is a nightmare.

    Are you referring to goodinlaw.net? If so, that domain is not registered through WordPress.com nor is it pointing to WordPress.com name servers:
    http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=goodinlaw.net

    Instead, that domain was registered through GoDaddy, so if you need further assistance, you will need to contact them.

    I see no other sites listed under your goodinlaw1 username.

    If you are referring to a different domain registered through us, please let me know what the domain is and I can take a look for you.
