can someone please explain how i recover my expired domain name? this a very frustrating service as their is no number to call to personally talk to someone. not happy.

You do not say what the domain is you’re trying to recover. Are you speaking of ashbrenequine.com?
That domain expired on 7 December 2018 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.
It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

Yes. Please explain how I can recover my domain name from registrar. I will pay the fees associated with this. Please put me in contact with some one who can do this. So frustrated.

I have already emailed you a payment request. Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so that we can begin the recovery process.
If we are unable to recover your domain, your payment will be refunded. If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee, you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price, once it has completely expired.
