Recovering expired domain

Hey, my domain recently expired (apparently, I didn’t receive the standard notification emails about it), and it’s currently parked for free. The domain is (was) associated with this user account. I’d like to ask for assistance in recovering it.

(PS: it might come across a little strange that I’m posting this in the public forums, but this is where I was redirected to resolve the matter)

Note: the domain I’m seeking to recover is tusiphotography.com (different from what’s auto-mentioned in the above post).

I noticed there were 8 emails sent to you about your domain expiring, If you’ve not received any of them, they likely got to Spam. You may want to whitelist our address so that it does not happen again.

As for the domain itself, it looks like we’re still on time to retrieve it. I’ve sent you a link with manual payment, please comment here once you’ve paid that so we can start the recovery process as soon as possible. Thanks!

It looks like you’ve already paid the renewal fee. I’ve just emailed our domain partner regarding restoring tusiphotography.com.

This process can take about 2-3 days, we’ll let you know as soon as we have an update.

I’ve just checked and there’s not a reply yet from our domain partner. As my colleague mentioned it typically does take 2-3 days for us to hear back from them. As soon as we have an update someone will post here for you.

Hi there! Thank you for your help! I ckecked it two days ago and I saw it was working. But now it says “service unavailable” when I type tusiphotography.com. Why do you think it’s possible? What could have happened?

That looks like something is wrong on your host’s end of things. I would encourage you to contact their support team.

I’m seeing your nameservers as being set to:
```
NS1.SITE4NOW.NET
NS2.SITE4NOW.NET
NS3.SITE4NOW.NET
```
These seem to be the nameservers for https://www.smarterasp.net/. Their support team should be able to tell you what is going on.
