Recovering expired domain

  The site is in the Redemption period not available in purchases and I cannot get to speak to anyone, even though it says that I need to contact my registrar and pay $80 to retrieve it. I cannot seem to be able to do so and I cannot raise a ticket, send an email or talk to anyone.
