Recovering my account

  I am trying to use the Account Recovery form. I have a 17 digit PayPal transaction ID and username. The transaction ID is from Oct 2016 and the form will not accept it. I assume it is too old. Is there any other way of recovering the account. Thanks

  Hi Simon,

  I’ve sent an email to the address on your Account Settings page and will follow up with you there for more information.

  Modlook is a tag that is added to bring a thread to staff attention. There’s no need for you do that now since @catkiinson already has :)

  Please let me know if the email doesn’t come through.
