Hi there, We are the owners of https://www.blightybliss.edu.co this page, we need to recover the website we don’t remember the user’s name email or password, the person encharged at the institute is not currently available and he doesn’t work with us since a long time ago we do have documents such as the payments make for the web site to keep online but we don’t find the user’s name or password, any idea of how we can recover it? Thanks so much, we need it now specially to get a google certificate for google classroom, we are a English institute affected by all the covid-19 situation and we need to recover the website to update and promote online classes.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Colombia Hosting so you may need to reach out to them directly.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
