Recovering my old wordpress account

    Hi, I wanted to recover my wordpress account with this link:

    https://cennakurangkerjaan.wordpress.com/

    This is my old blog and I forgot the email that is linked to this account because I deleted them a few years ago. I wanted to do the recovery via your website, however, I don’t really have any receipt and two-step authentication that is required. And also no email or verification key because I can’t get in the email myself.

    I can give basic information such as birthdate, school, parents, or anything that I did put in while I registered (e.g. the name of the old email I used), but not much else

    I don’t know if this is possible to recover my old wordpress account, but if it doesn’t could you please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

    Hello,

    Although you do not have the email address any longer, you should still be able to use your login. Are you able to log in to the account associated with https://cennakurangkerjaan.wordpress.com/ ? If so, you can change your email address, confirm your new address and then delete it.

    Unfortunately, the information you are stating you could use to confirm ownership aren’t able to be used for verification purposes. You will have to provide proof of ownership. If you don’t have login information, access to the email associated with the account, and cannot provide any information requested on the account recovery form, then you won’t be able to gain access to the account.
