Recovering My Site isn't working

    URGENT! URGENT! URGENT! WITHOUT ACCESS TO MY SITE 6 MONTHS

    Dear WordPress rep:
    Whenever I try to submit THE RECOVERY FOIRM to you, I get the same form again, although I followed ALL of the steps. Can you please help me.
    Note: When I purchased the PREMIUM WordPress web site in Dec. 2018, the original name was ReadyBy11; shortly after, I changed the name to Pinketies.

    Again, I have not been able to access my Pinketies page for months, after accidentally changing the username to TeamPinketiesRocks from another device that asked me for a password (I thought I was creating a password. Apparently, I inadvertently changed the site name).

    Reminder: I have a PREMIUM BUSINESS account with you under Pinketies.com; however, I can not acess the chat because I haven’t been able to recover the site. I was able to change the password but still am not getting to the site.

    IF WE CAN NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM THIS WEEK, I’M REACHING OUT TO THE AUTHORITIES AND NEWS MEDIA. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND IS COSTING ME BUSINESS!!!!

    You’re logged in to the wrong account to reach your site. You need to make sure the correct username (not teampinketiesrocks) is added to the recovery form.
