  I have a expired website http://www.blackbrothamag.com that I would like to renew, and unable to do so through the contact form Can you please help me with this issue. Thank you.

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  The website is http://www.blackbrothamag.com. I didn’t purchase an upgrade. I just wan to recover my expired website and content. I couldn’t get into my account because it had expired.

  I checked and blackbrothamag.com was never connected to a WordPress.com blog, so you’ve reached the wrong forums. The site of yours hosted here is http://blackbrothablog.wordpress.com/

  Where was the site attached to blackbrothamag.com hosted? You’ll need to contact the site host in order to regain access to the site.

  My site was hosted through bluehost and I got the domain from wordpress.com. Bluehost told me that I would have to contact wordpress to get my domain and content from my site http://www.blackbrothamag.com.

  Hi there,

  Hmmm….I don’t see any record of the domain being registered at WordPress.com. If it was registered with us at some point, it was not under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another account with us? It appears that it was registered with enom. I would contact her to confirm.

  Also, from what I see in the Whois Data, the domain is unregistered and available. So, you should be able to re-register domain here or at Bluehost if you want both the domain and site at the same place. Have you tried registering the site again?
