Recovering my website
-
Hi, I used to manage my wordpress website at the url http://www.ronanharrington.wordpress.com and I’d like to delete it but I can’t seem to access it. I don’t own another email that could have been associated to that wordpress and yet I’m locked out and don’t seem to have authorisation to access the site.
Can you please help? thanks -
https://ronanharrington.wordpress.com belongs to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

Thanks, I’ve tried that, but the code gets sent to an email address which I don’t have access to, for the simple reason that I have no idea where it’s being sent. Is there a way of knowing? I only have 1 email address, and always have had, yet I’m not receiving the code on there. I have no transaction proof or two-factor authentication IDs either… But the website is full of my personal info!

I can confirm that the site was created under a different account, using a different email address. I’m afraid, though, that we can’t disclose the email address without any of the ownership proofs listed here:

@juliediane35, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, so we can’t help.
If you lost your password or you tried resetting your password and failed, please read the Codex article “Resetting Your Password” to learn how to reset your password:
