Recovering my WordPress account

I’ve had to change phone numbers and my old number no longer exists (which I’ve used for two-factor authentication). At the time, I’ve been having personal problems so I completely forgot about changing my settings. Now, I can’t receive the texts with my verification codes + I also don’t have the backup codes with me.
I’m still logged in via browser and app, though. Is there any way for me to regain access to my account settings/change verification number? Please, I do hope there’s still a way.

Get in the contact of wordpress team, They might send a backup code to your reguistred email to diable twofactor authentication,
Below is the link of stepts to disable two factor authentication.
I’m also adding modlook tag so of the team member of wordpress support would reply to this.

Thank you, I’ll try contacting them regarding my account issue.
Trying to access anything – from my profile, account settings, etc. – prompts the verification window and asks for the sent code.

Hello! I’ve been able to fix my two-step authentication problem just now and I’ve reset it again using my new phone number. Was also able to assign a new recovery number, too.
