Recovering old account

  Hello – can you help me recover my account registered on (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I deleted back when i first created my site by accident – and now i cannot setup Jetpack because i need to log into wordpress.com. I am able to log into wordpress.org and edit my dashboard and stuff…

  It is regarding domain Organicuniverse.dk

  Hi there – We can help, but we’re not able to act on any account unless we receive the request, or get confirmation, from the email address associated with the account owner. An email has been sent to the account owner to confirm account reactivation. We’ll look for a response there.

  Generally speaking, cancelled WordPress.com accounts can be restored so long as we’re contacted within 30 days of the account being cancelled: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#account-restoration
