Recovering Old Blog Site OR JUST OLD POSTS

  I had a blog http://www.dangerouslynormal20.wordpress.com and i accidentally deleted it while trying to change my url. Is there ANY way to get at least the posts from that blog back?!

  I have created a new blog bc the other got delted, but is there ANY way for me to get some if not ALL posts from that old site back?! I spent years writing on there!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
