recovering old content that was deleted by a foolish person

    Hi, i paid someone to renew my old website to a newer version however they lost over 5 years of content and never explained or saved all of it for me. I would like to ask if there are any saved records of old content please?

    when I look under your WordPress.com account I do not see any sites associated with it. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/sites

    To clarify, we would only have backups of sites you hosted here with us, under your WordPress.com account. We do not have records for WordPress sites hosted with other providers.

    Have you tried contacting your web host to see if they are able to restore your site contents from one of their internal system backups?
