Recovering password for blog

    I’m trying to recover the password for ‘freedomactionnow.wordpress.com’. If I connect to my site, it shows my other two sites, ‘lectorconstans’ and ‘usvalentine’, but not ‘lectorconstans’. I haven’t used that blog for a long time, and I think I had a yahoo.com eMail address – (email visible only to moderators and staff) – which I don’t have any more.
