Hi there,
The only sites I see on your @emanuelac940b3cade WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:
- emanuelac940b3cade.wordpress.com
However, that appears to be a new site on your account that is less than 24 hours old, and has not been used to this point. It sounds like you are referring to another site however. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Thanks for clarifying!
http://www.niyohairandbeauty.co.uk/ would be using the WordPress software, hosted with another company than WordPress.com. What that means is that we have no access to it and are therefore not your best point of contact. In order to get help with retrieving your data, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
