recovering website account

  I am trying to log into the company’s website but the person who had created it previously no longer works at the company. The email address is no longer registered and the previous person responsible for the details are no longer communicating.

  Please tell me there is another way of gaining access to the website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you made a purchase (a plan or upgrade) and still have the records of the transaction you should be able to use the account recovery form to request getting the login settings reset or transferred.
