Recovering Website login details

one of our websites was built using wordpress some time ago. The person who built it has left the company and did not leave a record of the login information to allow us to make adjustments to the website.
We’ve tried our various user logins but nonoe work
We’ve tried using the recover password link on the WP-admin page of the website itself, but wherever it is sending the recovery email we can’t find it (we’ve recreated the individual’s email account in case it was sent there). Is there any way to recover this informationThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We are unable to assist unless or until you provide the site URL starting with http:// so we can verify hosting.
To save you time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
