Add topic to favorites
I have written wordpress about being locked out of one of my two sites. I sent in billing information, the old email number and other details but have heard nothing. I have paid for this site for five years and it is disconcerting that there is no email address to direct this to.

I want both of them as i will do something new with cfd.

Thank you for providing that, Paul. I looked into both sites and found the following:

calledfromdarkness.com – Is owned by a different WordPress.com account than the one you are signed into currently. Are you able to sign into the account which owns this website and its upgrades? Or is this the one you are locked out of?

touchpointproductions.com – This domain (and potentially the hosting) is not on WordPress.com. It appears to be at GoDaddy. Are you able to successfully log into the WordPress account which manages this website on GoDaddy’s hosting?

I do appreciate your patience and persistence. My goals are to get a better understanding of what you are able to access currently of the two sites. Thank you.

Yes- i own calledfromdarkness.com i received the bill feb 01- #2237 reference also account # 2447

i am not able to sign in to the account…the sign in was (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I haven’t owned CNS Productions in two years..if I am paying I need to have access to the site so that it can benefit my current film distribution efforts

i have already filled these forms out and nothing happened.. perhaps it takes more time. i filled these out on Saturday and I heard nothing back.
