  I have a monthly transaction on my credit card from wordpress Dublin. I have filled your form for unknown billing. It came back saying no account registered. What do I do now?

  Can you confirm that the transaction ID on your credit card statement matches this format:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  Where XXXXXXXXXX is an unique, ten-digit alphanumeric string?
