Hi there, I’m so sorry for my English. Not my native language so I tried…

This account (username : ashofmoon) is not concerned, I talk about another one (username : Sohalia, URL : desbleusaucoeur)

I’ve lost my password and the email linked to my blog have been suppressed a couple of weeks ago.

Unfortunately, I can’t fill in the form to recover my account ; ’cause I don’t have URL, key or anything like that… I just have my username and the URL link of the blog….

I tried every passwords I could remember but doesn’t work…

I’m barely hoped… But if you can, please help me 😊

Hi @ashofmoon – unfortuantely we do need some kind of proof of ownership, otherwise anyone could gain access to other people’s sites maliciously. Is there any way you could regain access to the email?

Also, could you send a link to the site instead of the name? The URL should start with https:// or http:// … I ask because the site may actually be hosted elsewhere, in which case you would want to use another recovery process. Let us know so we can point you in the right direction!

Hello ! Thank you for your answer 😊

I definitely understand why it needs some proof, I’ve apptempted to recover my late e-mail account but It was already suppressed so… It’s why I have no much of hope 😭

    Here the link : https://desbleusaucoeur.wordpress.com

I have left everything in the drafts so there is nothing seeable, I was just wondering if I could retrieve what I wrote in the drafts but I think that my only answer is probably to let go 🥲🥲 But thank you for your help, I appreciate it very much…

The strict procedure must be followed in all cases of the Account Recovery because of the sensitivity of the issue, and I’m afraid there aren’t any “shortcuts” regarding recovering any account.

Hi ☺️ Thanks for your answer 🤗

I would try to explain even if my english is so bad… Sorry for that 😥 When I create this account the system of wordpress was not the same as nowadays, so I’ve never had this kind of problem. But my e-mail account was suppressed and at this very time I haven’t proof of ownership. It’s an old account, but I wanted to recovery for my drafts and then suppress it because I haven’t the right passeword or e-mail link (’cause at the moment of creation in the past, the e-mail link to sign in was not in place). I have tried every passeword I own and don’t succeed… I know that I can’t fill the form whithout key/URL/proof of purchases :( I know that nothing can be done now and you are not to blame so I think that I should just leave it so…. Thank you for your advices ☺️

    Hi again!

I’m sorry you couldn’t complete the Account Recovery process!

If you want, we can change that old site privacy to “Private”, so nobody can view it:
