Hey, I’m here to help with this.

From what I can see, your WordPress.com account currently includes only a free site, and the domain thepawsstore.store is registered through Namecheap, not WordPress.com.

You can verify this using our Site Profiler tool:
    https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/thepawsstore.store

Since the domain is managed outside of WordPress.com, and your email address appears to be tied to that domain, I recommend reaching out directly to Namecheap or your email hosting provider. They’ll be in the best position to help you recover your email access or reset your password.

If you ever decide to move your domain or email hosting to WordPress.com for easier management, feel free to let me know—we’d be happy to guide you through that.

Your site uses the open source wordpress.org which differs from wordpress.com as wordpress.com is a hosting platform.

You can log in at http://thepawsstore.store/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site. On that same page you find a link if you forgot your password.

If you need further help you must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org – https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/reset-your-password/

    Hi @shadowyb867df36d8

I double-checked your domain settings and see that your nameservers are pointing to infinityfree.com.

A nameserver determines where your domain’s DNS records can be edited. Your domain remains to be registered with Namecheap, but to manage the settings, you’ll need to do it from your Infinity Free account.
