Recovery Codes Not Sending

  I currently have two blogs under another account, but I can’t access that account. I am in the process of trying to add a custom domain and change it to a website on WordPress.org, but unfortunately it keeps asking for authenticator codes, which I no longer have. I tried using the SMS recovery codes, but they do not come to my phone. Interestingly, when I did the password reset, the authentication codes to reset my password worked. I really need to get access to these sites so I can get my new website for my new business up and running, soon.
