I tired the login through email option and the recovery email option but I never receive any emails (I checked my SPAM box).
Please help me recover my account.
Thanks. -
Hi tiagop717,
What is the address of the site you are having trouble logging in to?
We have account recovery options for sites on WordPress.com but if you are using WordPress.org software with another host, please contact the host or post in the WordPress.org support forums for advice.
Once I know which site you need help with, I can check where it is hosted and point you in the right direction.

Thanks for replying.
The website is: https://nekonekofansub.wordpress.com/All I want is to be able to login to my account, but the recovery options provided simply don’t work.
Thank you. -
Hi there,
Here’s what you can try. In the password reset form enter the username for that account (psychic717) instead of the email address. Then check all the email accounts you have access to for the password reset message.

Try adding WordPress.com to the list of contacts in those email accounts. It might be worth requesting the password from a different browser.

Tried doing both things, still it isn’t working.
I did find this though:Your WordPress.com password has been reset
Howdy,
We recently discovered your login credentials in a list of compromised emails and passwords published by a group of security researchers. This list was not generated as the result of any exploit on WordPress.com, but rather someone gaining access to the email & password combination you also used on another service.
For your security, we have temporarily locked your WordPress.com account (psychic717).
Until you reset your password you will not be able to access your sites:
– nekonekofansub.wordpress.comTo request a new password and regain access to your account, please click the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the WordPress.com login page and follow the instructions.
It is very important that your new password be unique – using the same password on different web sites increases the risk of your account being hacked. Now would be a good time to go through all of your online services and set distinct, strong passwords for each.
Once your password has been changed, we strongly recommend making your account even more secure by enabling Two Step Authentication under the Security section of your Profile menu.

I’ve sent a note your way via email. It’s coming directly to the email address associated with the user account in question. Write back to me directly in that email and we can continue to try and help from there.

Hi there,
I just sent an email to the address on file for your account. To confirm, what is the email address that you are checking? I want to make sure that it is the same email that is connected to the WordPress.com account you are trying to regain access to. No worries, staff will be the only ones who can see the email, so it is safe to post it here.
