recovery link returning same error as website

  Hello,

  I manage to break by website. Y’all graciously sent me a recovery link however the link returns the same error as when I try to access the website.
  ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
  What other options do I have? I have a back up of the site but can’t open the recovery link to upload it.
