  A website that I’m admin on (StokeCONTrent.co.uk) has had a critical fault but I haven’t received a recovery email – is there any other way that I can rectify the faults without this email?

  If not – how do I get the email sent to my email address.

  Looks like y’all are hosted through .heartinternet.uk not WordPress.com. This means the site runs a stand alone WordPress installation – and does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

  On our service, you don’t ever have to worry about these things cropping up because our team handles all of the back end details. You’re left alone to focus on content.
