Recovery mode not initialized

    received the link to attempt to restore our website but it doesn’t load. when visiting our web domain we get the error notice as follows : There has been a critical error on this website. got the link with some instructions but it doesn’t initialized the recovery mode.
    can you advise how to recover our website access.

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @childstart2017 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • childstartinc.wordpress.com

    However, I do not see a critical error message on that site. Is it possible you referring to a site you created under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
