Recovery mode not initialized_Critical error with plugin Spectra

  Hi

  Due to a critical error with the plugin Spectra I lost access to my dashboard. I have no access either via the special ‘recovery mode’. I get a message ‘Recovery Mode not initialized’. I have followed the advice and cleared my cache/cookies and also tried using a different device to try and gain access with no result.

  Is there any help to get for recovering access and/or removing the Spectra plugin, which has created the critical error which has caused the problem?. I do not have an external host looking after the website (just WordPress) and am not a web developer.
